How do I create a question specifically?

Step1: Click "New" button to add a new question in the document. You will see the top and right panels expanded.

Step2: In the expanded top panel, replace the "new question" text with you own question.

Step3: In the expanded right panel, choose the type of question you would like to use in the drop-down list. By default, the type of a new question will be the same as the previous created question.

Step4: If you choose multiple choice question, you can also add available options for your target users to choose from as well.
