How to use EasyQA as my personal knowledge base?

Step1: Press "Add Item" button to create a new question, add a name to the question to describe the knowledge piece you would like to save to your knowledge base so that you can add an answer to it in the next steps.

Step2: Still on the same page, click the "Publish..." button to save the question you just created in step 1, add a short title and description to it so that you can easily find it later after a few months or even years.

Step3: After publish, you should be automatically redirected to the "Distribute" page, only at this time, you don't have to distribute your questions since you will directly answer them yourself. Click the "Start" button on the page to start recording the answers to your own questions, after which your knowledge piece will be recorded to the database for your future reference.

Congratulations! You just accumulated one more knowledge into you knowledge base. Then you can easily retrieve your knowledge records under the "Archive" tab any time you want as illustrated in the screenshot below.
